I'll be participating in Breckenridge's July Art Festival July 4-6 as well as the Gathering at the Great Divide Festival Labor Day weekend.  

Honored to be a part of the gallery space at Morning Glory Cafe until May 22nd. So many amazing artists are featured in this space and their breakfast and lunch are on point!

I'll be at the Evergreen Mountain Art Celebration on June 29-30 with my work! So stoked about festival season! This will be my first year participating in festivals. Hopefully one of many to come! 

Finally got all of my supplies in to set up my booth! I'm very excited to see all the hard work and long hours pay off in this colorful and professional display I can be proud of! I'm using an ABCCanopy pop-up tent and Flourish mesh panels that were so very easy to set up. Can't wait to see how this summer goes! While I was setting it up to take some photos, I met one of my neighbors who came by to see what the big white tent was about. She had just completed a beautiful painting of her own so it was really nice to connect with a new person over art! Cheers!

Along the road to becoming a festival artist, I finally got accepted into my first festival! I've been waitlisted for two very large, established festivals and I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a spot, but for now, I'll celebrate my acceptance to the August Park Hill Festival! I definitely think not having a booth shot is hurting my applications. I just received all the supplies I need to set up my booth for applications so I'm hoping to get that up and running this week so that I'm more competitive with all the amazing artists here in Colorado. I'm super excited to set everything up and see all of  my work and limited edition prints ready for shows! The August Park Hill Festival will be August 17th -18th in the Park Hill neighborhood of Denver. More information on the link!

Park Hill Summer Edition Art Festival

I'm currently working on getting set up to participate in art festivals in my local area. In order to start participating in festivals, I need the physical supplies such as a display tent, display boards and panels, tables, table clothes, sling back print displays and wooden crates, display shelves, vinyl signs, and hanging hardware. In addition to selling my own work, I hope to make my booth interactive where patrons can screen print their own drink coozies and bandanas. Screen printing supplies will include a heat press and ten small screens as well as ink. I feel that art should be affordable and approachable to everyone regardless of income level or educational background which is why I hope to sell affordable prints of my work and have a creative experience for patrons. 
I've started a GoFundMe to help me achieve this goal. As a public school teacher and emerging artist, I do not have the capital to purchase the supplies for festivals which is around $4000 just in display setup. Please consider donating to my GoFundMe. Exciting news! I just joined my first Colorado gallery, Ethan Gallery and Studio in Old Town Arvada, Colorado. 34 artists are represented at the gallery! I have a small selection of work and for the first time, I'm selling prints at a gallery so I'm excited to see how it goes. Grateful for the experiences here in Colorado as an artist and educator!
